Definition of “nudity” does not apply to pubic area of prepubescent person. State v. Mayes, 220 Or App 385, 186 P3d 293 (2008)
“Post-pubescent” means any time after onset of puberty. State v. Mayes, 220 Or App 385, 186 P3d 293 (2008)
Under this section, if person intentionally exposes person’s “intimate area” to another person, person does not have “reasonable expectation of privacy” concerning person’s intimate area and other person making video recording that includes intimate area is not guilty of second-degree invasion of personal privacy. State v. McQueen, 307 Or App 540, 478 P3d 581 (2020)
