Prohibition of identification of jurors by name in open proceedings


(1)

A juror may not be identified by name in any court proceeding open to the public.

(2)

Notwithstanding subsection (1) of this section, a court shall ensure that the names of jurors are available to the parties to a proceeding unless the court determines that there is good cause to order otherwise. [2021 c.295 §2]
