Notice to Real Estate Commissioner of receipt of subdivision plat
If the comprehensive plan and land use regulations of a city or county have not been acknowledged under ORS 197.251 (Compliance acknowledgment), the city engineer, city surveyor or county surveyor shall immediately notify the Real Estate Commissioner in writing of receipt for approval of any subdivision plat pursuant to ORS 92.100 (Approval of plat by city or county surveyor) (1). The notification shall include a general description of the land with the number of lots and total acreage covered by the subdivision plat and the names of the persons submitting the subdivision plat for approval.
