Foreclosure of lien

A lien created by ORS 87.503 (Lien for long term care) may be foreclosed by an action in the circuit court in accordance with ORS chapter 88. In a suit to foreclose a lien created by ORS 87.503 (Lien for long term care), the court, upon entering judgment for the lien claimant, shall allow as part of the lien the moneys paid for the recording of the notice of lien under ORS 87.517 (Recording notice of lien). The court shall also allow reasonable attorney fees at trial and on appeal to the prevailing party. [1995 c.749 §6]
