Applicability of other laws requiring security or regulating loans and investments
No law of this state requiring security upon which loans or investments may be made, or prescribing the nature, amount or form of such security, or prescribing or limiting the period for which loans or investments may be made, shall apply to loans or investments made pursuant to ORS 86.610 (Power of financial institutions, fiduciaries and others to make loans secured by property insured by Federal Housing Administrator) and 86.620 (Investment of funds of financial institutions, fiduciaries and others in bonds and mortgages accepted by Federal Housing Administrator, debentures issued thereby, and obligations of national mortgage associations).
