2015 ORS 821.174¹
Prohibition on operating Class I, Class III or Class IV all-terrain vehicle while driving privileges suspended

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a person may not operate a Class I, Class III or Class IV all-terrain vehicle while the person’s driving privileges are suspended or revoked. A person who violates this section is in violation of ORS 811.175 (Violation driving while suspended or revoked) or 811.182 (Criminal driving while suspended or revoked), as appropriate. Note: 821.174 (Prohibition on operating Class I, Class III or Class IV all-terrain vehicle while driving privileges suspended) was added to and made a part of ORS chapter 821 by legislative action but was not added to any smaller series therein.
