Booking
When a court grants a petition for a driving while under the influence of intoxicants diversion agreement, a court shall ensure that the defendant submits to booking, if the defendant has not already been booked on the charge of driving while under the influence of intoxicants in violation of ORS 813.010 (Driving under the influence of intoxicants). [2015 c.145 §3]
Note: 813.245 (Booking) was added to and made a part of ORS chapter 813 by legislative action but was not added to any smaller series therein. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
