2017 ORS 809.050¹
Revocation or suspension of registration of employer for failure to make future responsibility filing

(1) If an employer is required to make future responsibility filings by ORS 806.200 (Failure to file after accident) and fails to make the filings, the Department of Transportation shall revoke or suspend the vehicle registration of vehicles owned by the employer until the owner:

(a) Makes accident reports as required under ORS 811.730 (Owner failure to report accident to Department of Transportation); and

(b) Makes future responsibility filings.

(2) The department shall provide an opportunity for a hearing described under ORS 809.040 (Hearing) before suspending or revoking registration under this section. [1983 c.338 §286]
