“Domicile” described

For purposes of ORS 803.350 (Qualifications for registration) to 803.370 (Contents of application) and 807.045 (Issuance of commercial license to person who holds out-of-state commercial license), a person is domiciled in this state if the person’s place of abode is in the state and the person intends to remain in the state or, if absent, to return to it.
