“Security interest”

“Security interest.” “Security interest” means an interest in a vehicle reserved or created by agreement and which secures payment or performance of an obligation as more particularly defined by ORS 71.2010 (General definitions) (2)(ii). [1983 c.338 §85; 1985 c.16 §24; 2009 c.181 §109]
