“Road machinery”

“Road machinery.” “Road machinery” means machinery used to maintain a highway or alley and includes, but is not limited to, a backhoe, chip spreader, excavator, forklift, front-end loader, mower, road grader, snowblower and utility tractor. [2009 c.91 §2]
