“Rail fixed guideway public transportation system”

“Rail fixed guideway public transportation system.” “Rail fixed guideway public transportation system” means any light, heavy or rapid rail system, monorail, inclined plane, funicular, trolley, streetcar or automated guideway used primarily for carrying passengers. [Formerly 801.403; 2017 c.46 §1]
