Conditions for expending funds for implementation of Real ID Act

A state agency or program may not expend funds to implement the Real ID Act of 2005, P.L. 109-13, unless:

(1) Federal funds are received by this state and allocated in amounts sufficient to cover the estimated costs to this state of implementing the Real ID Act of 2005; and

(2) The requirements of ORS 801.063 (Security requirements) are met. [2009 c.432 §1]

Note: 801.060 (Conditions for expending funds for implementation of Real ID Act), 801.063 (Security requirements) and 801.066 (Report) were enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but were not added to or made a part of the Oregon Vehicle Code or any chapter or series therein by legislative action.
