Agreements between two or more ports
Two or more ports may enter agreements, to exercise jointly all powers granted to each of the agreeing ports individually. In the exercise of such powers ports may acquire jointly all lands, rights in real property, leases or easements necessary for their purposes. However, ports so acting jointly shall not acquire real property or rights in any other port without the consent of such port. [1961 c.367 §2; 1971 c.728 §13]
