Proof of receipt of notice

A post office certificate of mailing to the named insured at the named insured’s last-known address shall constitute conclusive proof that the named insured received the notice of cancellation or nonrenewal on the third calendar day after the date of the certificate of mailing. [Formerly 743.948]
