Increase of inadequate reserves

If the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services determines that an insurers reserves, however calculated or estimated, are inadequate, the director shall require the insurer to maintain reserves in such additional amount as is needed to make them adequate. [1967 c.359 §212]
