Mobile banking facilities

A banking institution may, in accordance with ORS 714.025 (Notice required to establish branches in Oregon or outside of Oregon), establish one or more mobile facilities to engage in the banking business or to transact trust business. Mobile banking facilities may operate within this state and in other states. [1997 c.631 §314; 2015 c.244 §88b]
