Approval of coverage for biological product
ORS 689.522 (Substitution of biological products for prescribed biological products) does not prohibit an insurer or other health care payer from requiring prior authorization or imposing other appropriate utilization controls in approving coverage for any biological product. [2016 c.43 §4]
