The Physical Therapist Licensing Board shall license as a physical therapist or a physical therapist assistant each applicant who proves to the satisfaction of the board fitness for such license as provided in ORS 688.010 (Definitions for ORS 688.010 to 688.201) to 688.201 (Disposition of receipts). The board shall issue a certificate to each person licensed. The certificate shall be prima facie evidence of the right of the person to whom it is issued to represent that person as a licensed physical therapist or physical therapist assistant, whichever certificate the person holds, subject to the provisions of ORS 688.010 (Definitions for ORS 688.010 to 688.201) to 688.201 (Disposition of receipts).
