The Oregon Medical Board shall determine by rule what constitutes medical incompetence, unprofessional conduct, physical incapacity or impairment for the purposes of ORS chapter 677. [2003 c.554 §2; 2009 c.756 §29]

Note: 677.417 (Medical incompetence, unprofessional conduct, physical incapacity, impairment) was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 677 or any series therein by legislative action.
