The rules may be consistent with performance management measures and processes initiated by the authority. The rules shall require the office to undergo a peer review of office activities by a team of executive directors of health professional regulatory boards, as defined in ORS 676.160 (Definitions for ORS 676.165 to 676.180), and at least one public member of a health professional regulatory board.
