Forwarding of complaints

The Appraiser Certification and Licensure Board shall adopt rules requiring an appraisal management company to forward a complaint from a person with an interest in a real estate transaction for which an appraisal was arranged by the appraisal management company to the client that requested the appraisal. [2010 c.87 §7; 2011 c.447 §14]
