Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act and alternative education programs

For the purposes of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014 (P.L. 113-128), an individual enrolled in an alternative education program as provided by ORS 336.615 (Definition for ORS 336.615 to 336.665) to 336.665 (Effect of failure to propose alternative programs) may be considered to be an out-of-school youth.
