Employers to whom ORS 659A.112 to 659A.139 apply

The requirements of ORS 659A.112 (Employment discrimination) to 659A.139 (Construction of ORS 659A.103 to 659A.145) apply only to employers who employ six or more persons. The requirements of ORS 659A.112 (Employment discrimination) to 659A.139 (Construction of ORS 659A.103 to 659A.145) do not apply to the Oregon National Guard. [2001 c.621 §23; 2011 c.210 §1]
