Short title

ORS 659A.033 (Violation of ORS 659A.030 by denying religious leave or prohibiting certain religious observances or practices) shall be known and may be cited as the “Oregon Workplace Religious Freedom Act.” [2009 c.744 §5]

Note: 659A.036 (Short title) was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 659A or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
