Additional requirements for forestation activities

In addition to the regulation otherwise imposed upon labor contractors pursuant to ORS 658.405 (Definitions for ORS 658.405 to 658.503) to 658.503 (Service of process when labor contractor unavailable), a person who acts as a farm labor contractor with regard to the forestation or reforestation of lands shall:

(1) Obtain a special indorsement from the Commissioner of the Bureau of Labor and Industries on the license required by ORS 658.410 (Labor contractor license requirement) that authorizes the person to act as a farm labor contractor with regard to the forestation or reforestation of lands.
