An individual is disqualified for benefits for any week with respect to which or a part of which the individual has received, will receive or is claiming unemployment benefits under an unemployment insurance law of another state, the United States or any other governmental jurisdiction. However, if the appropriate agency of such other state, the United States or any other governmental jurisdiction finally determines that the individual is not entitled to such unemployment benefits, this disqualification shall not apply.
