Exemption of minors serving as soccer referees

The provisions of ORS 653.305 (Bureau’s inquiry into employment of minors) to 653.370 (Civil penalty for unlawful employment of minors) do not apply to a person under 18 years of age serving as a referee or assistant referee in a youth or adult recreational soccer match. [2001 c.765 §2]
