Certain fryers excepted from provisions of ORS 619.350 to 619.380

The provisions of ORS 619.350 (“Fryer” defined) to 619.380 (Enjoining violations) do not apply to fryers being transported from the grower’s residence or place of business to a warehouse for storage, or to any place for inspection, grading, packing or processing. [1959 c.385 §6]
