Reports by district attorney to Attorney General
  • filing of voluntary compliances

A district attorney shall make a full report to the Attorney General of any action, suit, or proceeding prosecuted by such district attorney under ORS 618.506 (Enjoining security seal violations) to 618.541 (Loss of license for operation in violation of injunction) and 618.995 (Civil penalties), including the final disposition of the matter, and shall file with the Attorney General copies of all assurances of voluntary compliance accepted under ORS 618.506 (Enjoining security seal violations).
