Exemption for assistance animals

Notwithstanding ORS 609.015 (Application of ORS 609.030 and 609.035 to 609.110) or 609.100 (Dog licenses, tags and fees), a county or city shall not charge a fee to license a dog used as an assistance animal as defined in ORS 659A.143 (Assistance animals).
