Licensed feedlot defined
As used in ORS 604.620 (License) to 604.670 (Rules by department), licensed feedlot means a beef cattle feedlot, licensed by the State Department of Agriculture, that has more than 500 head of cattle being fed for slaughter at one time during a calendar year. [1975 c.162 §2]
