Adjournment of meeting
Unless otherwise provided in the articles of incorporation or bylaws, a majority of votes represented at a meeting of shareholders, whether or not a quorum, may adjourn the meeting from time to time to a different time and place without further notice to any shareholder of any adjournment, except as such notice may be required by ORS 60.214 (Notice of meeting). At the adjourned meeting at which a quorum is present, any business may be transacted that might have been transacted at the meeting originally held. [1989 c.1040 §18]
