Proceedings for dissolution limited

The State Department of Agriculture may not entertain petitions for dissolution of any soil and water conservation district or conduct a referendum or make findings regarding a petition for dissolution of a district in accordance with ORS 568.481 (Methods for initiating dissolution of district) more often than once each year after the first five-year period following formation of the district.
