Distribution of completed consolidated application

Upon receipt of a completed consolidated application, the State Department of Geology and Mineral Industries shall:
(1) Provide copies of the application to each affected local government, permitting agency, cooperating agency or federal agency.
(2) Provide notice of the receipt of the consolidated application in accordance with ORS 517.959 (Public notice requirements for ORS 517.952 to 517.989). The notice shall include information about the opportunity for submitting written comments on the application and about the public hearing conducted as required under ORS 517.977 (Preparation of draft permits).
