Violation of any provision of ORS 498.029 (Purchase, sale or exchange of fox, skunk or raccoon prohibited) or 498.400 (Definitions for ORS 498.400 to 498.464) to 498.464 (Commission authority to restrain violations of outdoor club laws) is a Class A violation, if committed by an individual. If the violation is committed by any person other than an individual, violation of any provision of ORS 498.029 (Purchase, sale or exchange of fox, skunk or raccoon prohibited) or 498.400 (Definitions for ORS 498.400 to 498.464) to 498.464 (Commission authority to restrain violations of outdoor club laws) is a specific fine violation punishable by a fine not to exceed $10,000.
