Devices propelling cyanide

A person may not use an M44 cyanide device, cyanide trap, cyanide gun or similar device designed to propel a dose of sodium cyanide into an animal for the purpose of taking the animal. [2019 c.81 §2]

Note: 498.048 (Devices propelling cyanide) was added to and made a part of the wildlife laws by legislative action but was not added to ORS chapter 498 or any series therein. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
