ORS 476.990¹

(1) Violation of ORS 476.150 (Entry and inspection of premises) (2) is a Class A misdemeanor.

(2) Violation of ORS 476.380 (Fire permits) (1) is a Class A misdemeanor.

(3) Violation of ORS 476.410 (Standard thread hose couplings and hydrant fittings required) to 476.440 (Sale of nonstandard equipment prohibited) is a Class C misdemeanor.

(4) Violation of any provision of ORS 476.510 (Short title) to 476.610 (Payment of claims) is a Class A misdemeanor.

(5) Subject to ORS 153.022 (Authority of agency to specify rule violation as particular level of violation), violation of ORS 476.710 (Setting fires adjacent to structures or timber on ocean shore prohibited) or 476.715 (Throwing away of lighted matches, cigarettes and other materials prohibited) or of any rule or regulation of the State Parks and Recreation Department promulgated thereunder is a Class B misdemeanor.
