Authority of Oregon Health Authority to inspect

To ensure compliance with ORS 475B.600 (Definitions for ORS 475B.600 to 475B.655) to 475B.655 (Civil penalty for violating ORS 475B.600 to 475B.655) and any rule adopted under ORS 475B.600 (Definitions for ORS 475B.600 to 475B.655) to 475B.655 (Civil penalty for violating ORS 475B.600 to 475B.655), the Oregon Health Authority may inspect the premises of:

(1) A medical marijuana dispensary registered under ORS 475B.858 (Medical marijuana dispensary registration system); and

(2) A person that processes marijuana to test cannabinoid products or cannabinoid concentrates or extracts for the purpose of transferring the cannabinoid products or cannabinoid concentrates or extracts to a medical marijuana dispensary registered under ORS 475B.858 (Medical marijuana dispensary registration system).
