Authority of Oregon Liquor Control Commission to discipline licensees of commission

Subject to the applicable provisions of ORS chapter 183, if an applicant or licensee violates a provision of ORS 475B.550 (Definitions for ORS 475B.550 to 475B.590) to 475B.590 (Exemption from criminal liability) or a rule adopted under a provision of ORS 475B.550 (Definitions for ORS 475B.550 to 475B.590) to 475B.590 (Exemption from criminal liability), the Oregon Liquor Control Commission may refuse to issue or renew, or may suspend or revoke, a license issued under ORS 475B.070 (Production license), 475B.090 (Processor license), 475B.100 (Wholesale license) or 475B.110 (Retail license).
