(1) A marijuana processing site may not transfer medical cannabinoid products, cannabinoid concentrates or cannabinoid extracts to a person other than a registry identification cardholder, a designated primary caregiver or a medical marijuana dispensary.

(2) A person other than a marijuana processing site may not transfer medical cannabinoid products, cannabinoid concentrates or cannabinoid extracts to a medical marijuana dispensary. [2015 c.614 §85c]
