Right of employees to organize

(1) An employee of a person licensed under ORS 475B.070 (Production license), 475B.090 (Processor license), 475B.100 (Wholesale license) or 475B.110 (Retail license) has the right to form, join and participate in the activities of a labor organization of the employee’s own choosing for the purpose of securing representation and collective bargaining for matters concerning employment relations with the person licensed under ORS 475B.070 (Production license), 475B.090 (Processor license), 475B.100 (Wholesale license) or 475B.110 (Retail license).

(2) For purposes of this section, the provisions of ORS chapters 661 to 663 apply to relations between employees of persons licensed under ORS 475B.070 (Production license), 475B.090 (Processor license), 475B.100 (Wholesale license) and 475B.110 (Retail license) and employers that are licensed under ORS 475B.070 (Production license), 475B.090 (Processor license), 475B.100 (Wholesale license) or 475B.110 (Retail license) in the same manner that those provisions apply to other employment relations.
