Exclusively medical licensee designation for marijuana producer

(1) The Oregon Liquor Control Commission shall designate any marijuana producer that holds a license issued under ORS 475B.070 (Production license) and that is registered under ORS 475B.136 (Production for medical purposes) as an exclusively medical licensee if the marijuana producer attests, in a form and manner prescribed by the commission, to:

(a) Producing marijuana only for medical purposes; and

(b) Transferring usable marijuana only to marijuana processors registered under ORS 475B.139 (Processing for medical purposes), marijuana wholesalers registered under ORS 475B.144 (Wholesale selling for medical purposes), marijuana retailers registered under ORS 475B.146 (Retail selling for medical purposes), registry identification cardholders and designated primary caregivers.

(2) If the commission makes a designation under this section, the commission shall keep a record of the designation. [2017 c.183 §24]
