Issuance of restraining order
(1) After a suit is commenced under ORS 471.630 (Authority to abate nuisance), application for a temporary injunction may be made to the court, which shall grant a hearing thereon within 10 days. Where such application has been made, the court, on application of the plaintiff, may issue an ex parte order restraining the defendants and all other persons from removing or in any manner interfering with the personal property and the contents of the room, house, building, boat, structure or place of any kind where the nuisance is alleged to exist, until the decision of the court granting or refusing such temporary injunction and until the further order of the court.
(2) This section and ORS 471.640 (Service of restraining order) to 471.655 (Owner may defend) shall not interfere with the duties of officers as provided in ORS 471.605 (Duty of officers to enforce and to inform district attorney) and 471.610 (Confiscation of liquor and property by commission).
