2017 ORS 470.190¹

If an applicant fails to comply with a contract entered into with the Director of the State Department of Energy for development and repayment as provided in ORS 470.150 (Loan contract) or 470.645 (Application for loan), the director, in addition to remedies provided in ORS 470.170 (Security for loan) and 470.180 (Withholding of state funds due to municipal corporation that defaults on loan), may seek other appropriate legal remedies to secure the loan and may contract as provided in ORS 470.150 (Loan contract) with any other person for continuance of development and for repayment of moneys from the Small Scale Local Energy Project Loan Fund or from the Energy Project Bond Loan Fund used therefor and interest thereon.
