Effect of federal regulations of oil spillage

Nothing in ORS 468.020 (Rules and standards), 468.095 (Investigatory authority), 468.140 (Civil penalties for specified violations) (3) and 468B.300 (Definitions for ORS 468B.300 to 468B.500) to 468B.500 (Contents of plan) or the rules adopted thereunder shall require or prohibit any act if such requirement or prohibition is in conflict with any applicable federal law or regulation.
