Emergency response plan

In accordance with the applicable provisions of ORS chapter 183, the Environmental Quality Commission shall adopt an oil and hazardous material emergency response master plan consistent with the plan adopted by the Department of Transportation under ORS 453.825 (Department of Transportation plan for regulating transport of hazardous substances and radioactive waste) and 453.835 (Report to legislative committee), and after consultation with the office of the State Fire Marshal, the Oregon State Police, the Oregon Fire Chiefs Association and any other appropriate agency or organization.
