Prohibited disposal of waste containing PCB

After October 4, 1977, a person shall not dispose of solid or liquid waste resulting from the use of PCB or an item, product or material containing or which has contained a concentration equal to or greater than 100 ppm of PCB except in conformity with rules of the commission adopted pursuant to ORS 466.005 (Definitions for ORS 453.635 and 466.005 to 466.385) to 466.385 (Amendment of comprehensive plan and land use regulations) and 466.992 (Civil penalties for damage to wildlife resulting from contamination of food or water supply).
