2015 ORS 460.145¹
Restraining violations

When it appears to the Department of Consumer and Business Services that a person subject to ORS 460.005 (Definitions for ORS 460.005 to 460.175) to 460.175 (Disposition of fees) is engaged or about to engage in an act or practice which constitutes a violation of ORS 460.005 (Definitions for ORS 460.005 to 460.175) to 460.175 (Disposition of fees) or rules issued thereunder, the department may, without bond, obtain an order from an appropriate circuit court restraining or enjoining such act or practice.
