Governmental immunity from liability
The state and any local government, their officers, agents and employees shall not be liable for loss or injury resulting from the presence of any chemical or controlled substance at a site used to manufacture illegal drugs or from actions taken to carry out the provisions of ORS 105.555 (Places declared nuisances subject to abatement), 431.175 (Warrant procedure) and 453.855 (Purpose) to 453.912 (Governmental immunity from liability) except for liability for damages resulting from gross negligence or intentional misconduct by the state or local government.
